Many people experience stress that makes them sick, especially in the workplace due to more complex work environments and demands to perform at a higher level. Increasingly, however, stress is also a common occurrence in the family, in leisure time, and in our relationship to ourselves. Short-term stress that motivates us to achieve more and to expand our horizons is basically something positive. But long-term stress that makes us sick creates a permanent pressure inside of us that keeps pushing us beyond our natural and healthy boundaries, leaving us without the opportunity to regenerate ourselves. 

On the basis of a scientifically sound system of stress diagnosis, we offer you a professional program to overcome your stress and increase your ability to withstand stress. Alongside mental coaching, we also use heart coherence training (HRV biofeedback training), mindfulness exercises, and visualizations.

HRV Biofeedback Training (Heart Coherence Training)

Heart coherence (heart rate variability = HRV) is a universal indicator of your body's tension and relaxation. Stress, fear, depression, anger, or certain physical diseases make the rhythm of your pulse uneven or chaotic, whereas it is harmonious (= coherent) in a relaxed state. Thanks to the HRV biofeedback system, this chaos or coherence is displayed on a computer screen and can be deliberately altered. We guide you through the heart coherence training and develop an individual plan for you to practice on your own. We show you ways in which you can take control of your own bodily processes without negative side effects.
