Together with our stress management program, we can arrange sound therapy for you in cooperation with our network partners. Sound therapy can be employed both for relaxation and in a therapeutic setting. It can help strengthen awareness of your own body as well as your ability to visualize mental pictures. The individual reception of the sounds depends on the internal structure of the perceived resonances. As a rule of thumb, everyone hears the rhythms and overtones differently and connects them with their own associations. We utilize, among other things, body instruments such as the sound couch, body tambura, or monochord constructed by Bernhard Deutz, an instrument maker in Berlin. Interesting sound experiences can also be made with sound bowls or gongs.
